    We had some hard wood floors repaired, sanded and stained throughout our home ************** by ************ ******** Budget Hardwood Flooring also located ***************. When it came time to finish the final part of the job which would have been to install border transitions between rooms, and also to correct a large spot of shine that he missed (missing shellac shine right in entry way as you enter the front door. You can see large unstained spot upon entry) and third he was to clean up a stain that he managed to spill on the kitchen laminate flooring. He said he would complete these items when he 'receives the final payment of $910.00' (which we did send ************* and have bank statement printed proof of payment paid 6/16/22).. he has yet to fix his mistakes and finish the transitions as promised or to even contact us after numerous repeated attempts made by us to contact/message him to go a fix his mistakes!
