    In October 20 24, the company that I had auto payments for which is Waste and recycling services was moved to a new company ************. The payments continue to be paid to Waste and recycling services for six months until this day. They have given me the runaround and not refunded my money . I have left several messages for somebody by the name of ***** at ************. The person **** at the customer service desk said that he can't help me that ***** is in charge of accounting, and he doesn't know what to tell me other than to keep calling and leaving messages for *****. I've been calling for months. I owe money to the new company and I'm needing this refund as I had to close my business and really. I'm disappointed in the way they are handling this. I had their services for six years and paid on time, but now that I need my refund. They are nowhere to be found .
