    If I could give this zero stars, I would. I am legit not even sure the technician is a real pest control operator, given the literally INSANE and inadequate rat and pest prevention and control in my apartment. Nearly everything I own has been completely destroyed by rats ...which are in the damned walls of my apartment in some very sneaky spots.Additionally, the glue boards he uses DO NOT WORK, the rat traps...do not work. As in, I have watched the rats escape. He has shown up to supposedly service my apartment, and neglected to actually put bait in the outside bait station...I have shown him pictures of nests in my stove, in my closet, in my couches, etc, and...I got a few glueboards by the stove. Nothing else.??Additionally, the first time he visited my home, the cell phone in his front pocket was recording...I know this because the camera was facing me and the light was blinking.I was not sure how to ask him about it without sounding weird or accused of being paranoid...My tech is VERY nice, and serms like a good person, however...you are wasting your money if you use this company for rodents.Or spiders.
