    I had an appointment on January 18 at 3:30 to get an HD live 5D ultrasound for 110 dollars of my baby. They werent able to get any images except that it was a big and a head image. So I rescheduled in 2 weeks and let the woman know Ill be 38 weeks is that still possible she said yea it is Ive scanned several woman at 38 weeks so I made another appt for January 29th. I had an appt at my drs for an ultrasound and the tech there told me how the baby was and it was exactly in the same position that the 3d4d ultrasound place said he was and werent able to get any images. The tech at my drs office was able to get me a few profile pictures FOR FREE in 4d image none of what that place I paid 110 did. I went back on January 28th to do a rescan which I had to pay 35 dollars for and still nothing I left there with 2d images which I didnt pay for I paid for 5d images and only images I received were of his head heart rate and thats hes a boy. I didnt even get the amount that was in my package. When I contacted their **** number no one would pass me to a manager or supervisor I was playing phone tag with a woman that would pass the message to supposably the boss. Said they would rescan again I told them Im already 39 weeks and hes head down you wont be able to get anything. Because I had another ultrasound at my drs appt and they barely got any images. I told the woman in the phone I would like my 110 dollars refunded because for what I got it wasnt worth the 110. I didnt receive the amount of pictures it stated in the package and they werent HD live 5D like I paid for they were just in 2d image. Like I told the woman over the phone my drs office ultrasound tech was able to get me better 4d pictures FOR FREE unlike they did. I didnt even see the baby in 5d their tech only kept it in 2d and thats it. Now they wont answer my calls I always get their answering machine and it states not to leave a message because they dont check it. This company is unprofessional
