    Hello,

    This is the first time that we have heard of this issue from ******************** regarding a repair / service needed - we have no record of them call our office to request a service call. Contract was signed  and project was completed 4 years ago.

    On 8-3-24 I signed contract for $10,949 new 1-day shower installation. First day men were 2 hrs late and then had to leave for over an hour to get something at **********. 2nd day I had to hire a real plumbing company to fix a pipe in the wall (Never knew that I was not dealing with plumbers but "techs" as one guy was teaching the other one how to cut the board behind the shower and he cut it wrong) 3rd day they were late so still didn't finish job as the shower doors were scratched and wrong along with a niche that wasn't even close to what I wanted. Then manager called me and said they don't do what I wanted but ad shows they do. company offered to come back out but they have messed up everything. The shower pan is supposed to slope and but is flat so the water just stays in the shower. There is on integrity in this company. After reading more of the reviews I agree that this company preys on seniors So after 1-day of real plumbing company and 3-days of Bath Planet coming to my home, 4-days total I still haven't got a shower and not even one close to want I wanted.

    Contract states 1-3 days. Job issue was unforeseen due to customer existing plumbing from when house was built.  Original builder tied air vent to sink instead of separate vent needed for code. Customer hired her plumber to fix. 

    The shower pan is the same type of pan that we use 300/400 times a year. We have requested to due inspection. Customer has denied this request and keeps claiming elder abuse?  We have abided by the contact. She refused shower doors and to pay balance of contract. At this time we will still honor inspection and completion. If no resolution we will move forward on our end to collect balance.

     I am rejecting this response because: after 3 days of them beginning on the job they couldnt install shower doors as they were scratched. Good thing as the shower pan was not sloped water just stand on floor. Also niche was nothing close to pictures that I wanted which are included with this complaint   Men were not plumbers but techs. They had to cut pieces over and one man was teaching the other how to do things. Disrespectful to my home and me. Smoked. Were 2 hrs late first day and then left for an hour to go to **********.  It is a horrible experience. First day they were on job then second day I had to hire a real plumbing company $1000 then day 3 and 4 Bath Planet came. So the 5th would have been this company again but by that time they had made so many mistakes I had had it.
