    My vehicle was repossessed by San Diego towing and upon pick up of my vehicle there was damage to my vehicle. I was forced to sign a form that said there was no damage to my vehicle in order for my car to be released and I was told that if I did not sign it that they would not release my car to me And continue to charge me daily for storage until I did. I fulfilled all requirements and I was forced to sign a form that said no damages were to my vehicle although I explained that there were obvious damages. I was told that in order for me to get a claim form to report the damages I had to sign this form I am describing. I reluctantly signed the form and I was given a complaint form and I was told that it had to be turned in the following business day before the closing of the business, which is today . When I arrived at 2:30 PM to turn in the form, I was then told by the clerk that it needed to be notarized. That is not what she told me yesterday at 3:30 PM when I picked up my vehicle and she gave me the claim form. This company gave me less than 24 hours to turn in this form and did not tell me it needed to be notarized prior to turning it in. Now they have gotten away with damaging my vehicle, not giving me the necessary information needed to follow through with the process of the claim as they described. They did not give me a chance and made it impossible for me to submit my claim form by failing to give me the information when the claim form was provided to me.
