    I ordered two products from the mendo mulcher company. 2.25 grinder with screen (4 parts). I received one of the items and the shipper forget to send the 2nd item. I have been in touch with him over the past 6 weeks where he promised to send out the missing item. Another 2 weeks have passed and now hes stopped ignoring all texts, phone calls, and emails. He owes me back around 68 dollars or to send me out the product. He stole my money without sending out product and now I am stuck. Ive wasted a ton of time reaching out for something I purchased and have no received any useful information from ***** ****. He is the owner who is super unresponsive and doesnt care about customers. Id like him to stop stealing from clients.

    I purchased a 4-piece grinder from Mendoza Mulchers on 12/2/24 for $68 after tax. I never received confirmation of my purchase and contacted them after approximately 2 weeks. I was contacted once by ***** **** who said he would look into to the order on 12/18. Since that I have had no communication despite persistent emails and a voicemail. I am out of my money and no product in return. I have filed a claim with my bank. I would like to receive my purchased product but am more than willing to take a refund.

    This was my receipt with the company Order #****] (February 6, 2024)ProductQuantityPrice 1.75" GRINDER w/SCREEN (4pc)1$38.20 Subtotal:$38.20 Shipping:$6.95 via Flat rate Tax:$2.77 Payment method:Pay Via Credit Card:Total:$47.92 I emailed all the people I could find at this company since February. I told them I would leave a negative review if they didnt ship my product in a timely manner. They responded we will get it right out. That was almost 10 months ago. I need my money back this is ridiculous. I have read other people have the same problems. No matter how e-mails I have sent from then I feel as if I have been scammed and need help getting my money back.
