      After calling AAA at 9:30am on 5/30 and being told an hour for pickup, A driver from *****'s shows up at 12:30pm, loaded my car on their truck for a ******* mechanic delivery (a 45min drive) who was expecting it so they can get started right away and i could have the car back by Monday. OK fine great.Then I ***************** when i get home at 5pm and they tell me THE *** NEVER ARRIVED!!!Apparently the driver had called them at 3pm, and said he'd have trouble getting it there by 5pm, and that's the last they heard.So I call AAA to find my car, they don't know either, and can't get a hold of their dispatch, but give me their number, So I call buddies to find my car, they tell me its in their yard because they had a higher priority call So at this point they have taken my car to an undisclosed and unapproved location without permission (stolen my car), and then their lead driver lies to me clai.ing that the mechanic told them not to bring it today, and that they notified **** only have a cell phone, there's no call on it from them, no voice message, and the mechanic was still there waiting for my car at 5:15pm when I called them to find out what was wrong and how much it was going to cost.So I tell *****'s to bring the car back to my home at 7pm, they get upset and tell me OK, but we aren't towing your car anymore. OK, they have the right.Then the driver shows up about 830pm and unloads. Find.The next day I call AAA again, and they have to call *****'s first before calling another company. Now *****'s (knowing they aren't going to tow my car, is maliciously hanging onto the dispatch call for several hours before calling AAA to decline. In an intentional effort to cause harm, and has cost me 3 days of work and delay due to their covert profesional malice, dressed as gross negligence.

      Attached find a Narrative of the day's events.  Also four printouts of AAA calls detailing the events.  Note a routine call from AAA is 1-page vs. 28-pages included herewith.  The complaint states the vehicle is used for commuting not a work truck, yet the members' name and phone number are printed on the door of the vehicle.
