    8/22/2023 - Scam business. Claims to attempt to make delivery. Requiring insurance payment for transporting pet from ************* to *******. Bogus reports of requirements and never delivers. We are currently at the control Centre with your puppy and according to the department of pet aviation commissions, your puppy must have a Certificate of Insurance before we can continue delivery and enter your state, We just received this complaint about your puppy. Once you comply, we will immediately proceed with the delivery of your puppy, to the allocated address: *********************************** You should read the following message carefully to understand it better. Following the Rules and Regulations of the National and International ******** Commission on the Transport of Pets, paragraph 2 of section 12, ".... the life of all Pets that are transported from one Country to another, or from one City to another, must be fully insured by an Insurance Cooperation in the Country of Origin, against any unforeseen eventuality. 2. After a compromise between the US ********************* It was concluded that "... the life of all Pets that are transported from one country to another, or from one state to another must be insured, and this insurance rate varies from one species of pet to another, depending on the financial value of the pet.

    In March, I sent $250 to a breeding business based on the ******** Marketplace in exchange for a chinchilla pet. This created a reservation which held the animal for me until April, when it would be delivered.I sent this through Cashapp to an individual that goes by *********************** on Cashapp at $nickleee123 In April 18, I was reached out by the delivery service that the breeding company hired. A company known as Fedora Express Delivery, not to be mistaken with Fedora Express. This company required an additional $200 for sedatives and vaccination for transport of the animal. I sent this through cashapp as well.After that, they required a deposit of $400 for insurance for safe transport of the animal. I started seeing the red flags but I obliged anyway, blinded by my desire to have my baby chinchilla with me.Finally, today, they required another $200 for a customs fee. I said enough is enough and requested a refund through cashapp. I did some digging and it appears that the delivery company is an imitation of the seemingly legitimate company Fedora Express. ****************************************************************************** ************************************************************************* (Real Company)My ideal resolution involves a full refund for the animal I never received and to have these people held accountable for their business practices.
