    Rental of 200 day, rented 2 day $400 sales charge 40 deposit 1000 total paid$1440. They said it was an accident,which was reported to my insurance company which the company paid everything except deductible of 250. I told the Ocean 11 to take the deductible out of the deposit and send c the $750. I have tried calling and c text but they aren't responding or answering I have yet to hear back from them

    Please Help -
    I rented 3 RVs from Oceans11 for 2 days from 10/14/2022 to 10/16/2022.
    On 10/01/2022, I reserved and paid 3 x $150 = $450 for deposit.
    The RVs were delivered by them on 10/14/2022.
    The charges per RV as below:
    -Rental $189/day X 2 = $378
    -Tax: $38
    -Insurance $0 (they wrote $110 but correct to $0 since we are not driving)
    -Pickup/Drop off: $85 (they wrote $200 but corrected to $85).
    -Total $501 per RV.
    -3 RVs total = $501 x 3 = $1503.
    -Deposit is $1000 X 3 = $3000.
    -Total: $4503.
    -I already paid $450 so they requested me to pay $4053.
    -I offered to pay with Credit card but they only accept ***** so I sent them $3500 on 10/14/2022.
    (the reason I sent $3500 instead of $4053 is because the limit on ***** transfer, they are OK with it since they said to refund the deposit on Monday).
    -I paid total of $450 + $3500 = $3950
    -Total charge is $1503
    -Refund amount $3950 - $1503 = $2447
    -The RVs were picked up by the company on 10/16/2022 without any issues.
    -The company said they will send the refund on Monday 10/17/2022.
    -I called in next few days few times times and they said the owner is not in the office or not available or out of town. On 10/31/2022 I called and they said the owner is processing the return and will call me back in 10 minutes but they never call. I called them later and sent them the worksheet I made showing the refund amount. they texted back "There is a cleaning fee and a propane fee State highway registration fee" but does not say how much. I told them the RV is as clean as when we received them we did not use any appliances as we only use the RV for sleeping and all cooking are outside using our own equipment and tanks. they said "OK I'll talk to him". after that I called few times but the calls went to the voice mail. I left text and phone messages but no response.
    -Please let me know if any other information I can provide.
    -I would like to get the Deposit refund of $2447 from the company.
