    Power Rack Pro Order ******** was delivered on 5/28/25. The first assembly was attempted with the wrongly shipped part on 6/11/2025. And it is now 6/19/2025, (more than 3 weeks since delivery) and we have no communication or update or a date scheduled.We paid over 6k with assembly and still have not had a response on when they plan to fix the issues.

    I purchased a Weight Lifting Rack with their company. The very first piece that I needed to put the machine together, the part where the pully goes was bent. In addition to the bent piece, every piece had some type of dent or ding or scratch. I emailed a couple times with photos and called and it took days to get a repsponse. They said they would send out a replacement piece and offered a $500 credit. Wanted to speak to my husband about it to see what he wanted to do. I then tried calling and emailing back to say ok to that and still no response. Only after my husband called them out on social media did we get a resolution and our piece sent out. They asked if there were any other pieces needed and I said after inspection that I didn't think so. Well upon me almost having the piece fully put together did I find another bent piece to the point I could not insert the pully system. On top of that their ***** machine is not fully straight either and is difficult to engage the safety. After finding multiple issues with their product I want to be refunded as I am afraid that I will have more issues with their machine in the future and I want them to come and get their product and be refunded. This exact model that I have is also discontinued (which I didn't know was going to happen) which makes me worried about getting parts in the future.

    The ***** machine I purchased is not balanced, making it unsafe to use. The installation manual was unclear, so the missing s**** wasn't installed initially. Even after installing it, the machine remains uneven. I barely used it because of this issue. I contacted customer service over three weeks ago, and while they initially promised a resolution, I havent heard anything since. I also reached out here on Instagram since it was the only place I got a reply before, but I still haven't received any response. Can you please address this issue urgently?
