    We went to this store on 12/23 looking for a bottle of ********* Bourbon. The salesperson stated the bottle was $99.99. I told my wife never mind, over-priced (though it was the best price I had seen at a small business in a long time). Today, 12/24, my wife returned to ************** as a surprise Christmas gift. Now, not only is there no price on the bottle, or the shelf location, but when it rang up, it rang up for $99.99. But, the salesperson today told my wife the bottle was $250.00. She argued that it had wrang up for $99.99, but he would not sell it to her at that price. She argued that the salesperson the previous day would have sold it for $99.99, to which the salesperson today stated that the price changed. So, is this an example of price hiking-gouging..., a shady employee attempting to pocket an extra $150 bucks? We don't know, but she walked away and told me the story. Either way, they seem to be in violation of ********** law ( BPC ***** ), which requires prices to be clearly marked on products being sold.
