Pest Strike is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the results of your pest control service, please contact us within 7 days of the visit. We will re-inspect and re-treat the affected area at no additional cost, as needed.Refunds or account credits may be issued in cases where a billing error occurs, such as an unintentional charge or a missed recurring discount. Each request is evaluated individually to ensure fairness.Because pest control services are performed on-site and cannot be "returned," we do not offer traditional exchanges or returns. However, we stand by the quality of our work and will work with each customer to resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
