      ****** ***** gave me the worst customer service I've ever experienced. After making my purchase, I immediately realized I was given the wrong product. I checked the website beforehand and expected a wedding cake strain, but the strain wasn't listed, so I assumed it was the usual hybrid. Unfortunately, it turned out to be an indica, which I can't use. Not even 60 seconds later I quickly returned to ask for an exchange, but ****** started arguing, accusing me of being dishonest and saying the exchange process would take too long, so he refused to do it. When I hesitated for a moment to process what was happening, he threatened to call security if I didn't buy anything else. I was shocked by the total lack of understanding and respect, especially as a regular customer. It's hard to believe ********************** would allow this kind of behavior. All I want is the correct product since it wasn't accurately defined on the website when ordering medical items..

      I have opted out of their text telemarketing several times over the last 6 months and have received text confirmation of this. They continue to keep texting me, even on the same day that I opted out and called the store manager ******* to reinforce this. They then text me again 2 hours later. Then they tell me they wont stop texting me and theres nothing I can do about it and banned me from the store.

      **************** let us know about this issue the same time he was demanding product for free from us because he received a text message after opting out.  Once we were notified of this issue, we immediately contacted our third-party text message company and completely took his phone number out of the system to avoid any unwanted text messages.  **************** came down to our Farmersville location and demanded product for free from our manager *****.  ***** apologized for the messages and let him know that we cannot give out free product.  **************** began cussing out our manager ***** causing a scene and would not calm down.  After the confrontation from ****************, he was banned from the store.
