    Background and Facts:I had a clear agreement with *** ********************** that the total legal fees for his services would amount to $7,500. While I was in custody, I provided *** ********************** with my Citibank, ****** and **************** credit card information to handle specific payments, including rent for my property. However, instead of using the cards strictly for the agreed-upon expenses, *** ********************** made several unauthorized and excessive ************* Charged on All Cards$34,725 Citibank Charges (4414) $6,000, $2,900, $8,000 ***** Charges (3835) $3,825, $4,000, $5,000 ***** Fargo Charges (3863)$5,000 Breakdown of Charges:1. Total Unauthorized/Stolen Charges**: $10,350 *** **********************s Actions:*** **********************s real intention became evident when he began charging my credit cards beyond the agreed-upon amounts. Instead of passing my credit card information directly to my landlord, which would have allowed them to manage the house expenses (such as garbage and landscaping), *** ********************** chose to keep my card details and made charges for tasks that were unnecessary and outside the scope of his legal duties. For instance, *** ********************** spent time performing housework and yard work at my rental property, charging legal fees for these activities. These charges were not only unauthorized but also unnecessary, as these tasks could have been handled directly by the landlord or their appointed service ************ is clear that *** ********************** took advantage of my inability to oversee the transactions due to my custody status, charging my cards as he saw fit, which resulted in substantial overcharges.Given the significant overcharge and unauthorized use of my credit cards, I am requesting a refund of $10,350, which is a fair and reasonable amount considering the circumstances.
