    Didnt work with my car and after reaching out the company for help THREE times they finally got back to me. They said it didnt configure properly with my car. I got a single email response a day IF I was lucky and the process of them finally agreeing to let me return the unit took 2 weeks. I literally had to hound them and tell them they advertise returns within 30 days. It seemed like they were trying to waste my time until the 30 days was up. I shipped it back and was within my 30 day money back guarantee which is BS. They said it could take up to 3 weeks to get my refund. Its been 4 weeks and Im finally disputing the charge with PayPal because they are being so shady and havent refunded me even though I have the tracking number showing they received the product. This has been the biggest hassle to deal with and even after 2 months its still not over.
