  This company has gotten a default judgment against me without not properly. Apparently they are known for this practice. The serving documents state that they handed the legal documents to someone who looks nothing remotely like me.

  The Mandarich Law group feels they can double dip, and no one will ither A: notice or B: take the time to fight with them because they are a "law group". Unfortunately, they have double dipped on the wrong account. My husband's wages got garnished in 2022 for $2,394.14, using the same court order they re-sent it to his place of employment and garnished a separate amount of $1332.00 in January 2024. I began submitting forms and requesting to speak with an attorney mid-January; After months of fighting, calling, placing requests to speak to an attorney, and submitting proof of the deductions from 2022 (including YTD tax forms, check #s, paystubs) finally an attorney called me back on 4/12. The attorney said the documents were still being reviewed and he would reach out on 4/18. Didn't happen. I started calling CS daily again who promised me I was cued up for a call back on 4/23; didn't happen. I left messages on the attorney's voicemail on 4/24&25. Finaly, I called CS again and they informed me of a refund being issued. We aren't done yet. They reluctantly sent a partial refund of $1234.11? PARTIAL Not good enough I want every ***** that was wrongfully stolen out of the account. CS placed a request for an additional $125.02 ($27.13 in garnishment fees and $97.89 that is still owed) on 4/25 and instructed me to call back in a few business days. 4/26 the attorney reached out to inform me of the refund and that it seems accounting located the missing checks (possibly applied to a different account?) I informed him of the improper refund he instructed me to submit more forms (list of check #s sent, YTD tax Statements, and WG fees charged from the wage deduction office from 22 & 24) for proof of money they received and why I want the additional money returned. All forms were sent same day directly to the attorneys email with a response that they were forwarded to accounting. Promised a follow up on 4/30; it is now 5/6 with no response even with me calling daily.

  For obvious reasons, no one usually leaves a good review for collection agencies. I work for one myself and am familiar with that. However, in my 10 years collecting I have never encountered such disgusting customer service. I was making good on an arrangement until I felt into a hardship in 2022. At that point, I voluntarily called to express that hardship but because theyre in the position to exercise their options, they punish you to the fullest extent. I knew better than to ever sign a stipulation because I screwed myself and for that I take FULL responsibility (just a ****** you learn in life). But a year later they garnished my wages, which again, I was not opposed to because whatever, I made my mistakes now Im correcting them. The issue is, after completing my garnishment agreement, they still want me to pay additional court fees. Again, I saw it very clearly on the paper that that would be a possibility. But not once in the entire time did any of the agents showed empathy and the only reason the agent I just hung up with did so, is because I said that. All of them are fake. If you work for these types of agencies I truly dont know how you sleep at night because they lack integrity and principles. Taking advantage of peoples hardships and maximizing their profits because they legally can, does not mean that they should and should practice a little more empathy.Absolutely disgusting excuse of a company. Please dont reproduce, the world doesnt need any more people like you all.I take full responsibility for my financial mistakes and am correcting my wrongs but its appalling how people treat you in the process of doing so.
