    I ordered a USB-C charger from them. It broke the second time I used it, and emails to their returns team and help desk have gotten no response.

    After leaving this comment, I heard from Tekdep, and they very kindly sent me a replacement cord (even following up with me by phone to make sure they were sending the right thing). I appreciate the customer service!
