    I was a fairly regular customer of ****** for many years. When they went out of business, I had a credit balance of $74.85. I also received a damaged item after the company shutdown with nowhere to return it. The value and shipping associated with this purchase was $34.94. I have held onto this item and its packaging for all this time in case someone wanted the return but I have not heard from anyone. I filed a claim through the Omni Agent Solutions website for a total claim of $109.79 in February of 2024 before the claim deadline. I have tried to contact them numerous times by phone to learn the status of this claim but have not received any response. I would like my refund.

    I have shopped at Zulily for 12 years. I had a credit of $101.91 and suddenly, without notice, they went out of business! Omni Agent Solutions, Inc. took over for them. I wrote to them about my credit, sent them the proper paperwork and proof of purchase forms. They wrote back to me a couple of times with a form letter. I tried calling them and e-mailing them, but to no avail. I would like my refund!!!

    In Dec2023, Zulily, LLC and its parent company ************ LLC, entered into an Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors. Omni Agent Solutions is handling the claims and is not appropriately responding to requests for information/help. Omni continues to send form responses to all my emails specifically requesting information on how to document a claim for existing credit when there is no longer access to my Zulily account which listed the amount of credit owed. I have received 4 form letter responses sending me to their website to review FAQs, information on how to file a claim and a HELP phone number that is nothing but a recording on a loop that sends you back to the website. None of the site/phone responses answer how to document owed credit. I sent another email this morning with "DO NOT RESPOND WITH A CANNED EMAIL" in the subject line and immediately received the same canned email back. I had between $300 and $400 in credit due to recent returns of leather shoes and a ****** ***** wool coat, but have no way to know the exact amount or document it since I cannot access my old account. And amazingly ALL my emails to and from Zulily for 2023 have vanished from my Hotmail email account--even those that were stored in my Archives, e.g. a gift card credit of $16.08 sent on 9 November 2023 (gift card number FFGC B8EA D4F5 E3F3. I wrote the information down in addition to putting the email in my Archives.). None of my other 2023 emails, in or out of Archives, appears to be affected.
