    I ordered a cushion for a bench in our home. I followed the company's specific directions on providing three measurements: the width, the depth, and the height of the cushion. I checked the measurement three times before submitting the order. I picked out the Sunbrella fabric. My measurements were 32" width, ****" depth, and 2"height. I send the order and paid over $140 by credit card to have the cushion made. When it arrived the cushion was folded in half along the width and the cushion was then smashed into a box. When we placed the cushion on the bench the height was right, the width was correct, but the depth was ****" too long (*****" instead of the actual ****" that was my measurement). As a result, the front of the cushion overhangs the bench by a noticeable ****". When I contacted the Cushion.com customer service, they had me send several photos showing the discrepancy.After some back and forth, Cushion.com said that there is a 1/2" tolerance in their manufacturing and they cannot guarantee an exact depth measurement. They refused all of my evidence and denied my claim for any resolution. I ended up donating the cushion to Goodwill. A ****** learned and Buyer Beware of Cushion.com!
