    I had a zoom consult with their in house sales rep Friday August 5th. We discussed a cosmetic treatment and I explained that I had a hard completion date that month as I was permanently leaving the country. I was ******* clear about this and I was ok with not having the treatment. I was repeatedly assured they could meet this requirement. She could only confirm a schedule once I paid in full, it's how the scheduling system worked... She assured me the 1st treatment (of 2) would be immediate - 1pm Monday. I paid $1342.50. On Saturday she confirmed this appointment - 10am Monday - which I couldn't do. She then changed it to the following week - with not enough time between appointments per their rules. She told me she would sort it Monday. Monday, Scheduling (not her) calls to confirm 1st September for 2nd apt! I explain the situation but there's nothing available. I tell her it won't work, I'm not going be here and let's just refund. I hear nothing in 5 days and call instead. The guy who answers says the request was filled incorrectly.. He corrects it and says wait another **** days. No one calls, I call, nothing happens. When I finally hear back I am told I need to supply a passport to prove I am moving countries. Then they don't want that, they want a lease. I don't have a lease I am going to be living with my parents. They then want copies of bills addressed to my parents!?! I paid in good faith to get a treatment I wanted that they said they could provide in a timeline I needed - and failed to do so. This all happened within 4 days!!! I didn't change my mind, they couldn't do it. I ask for someone else. Nothing happens and finally someone leaves a barely legible, vague message. This woman is less helpful than the first. I tell them if they won't refund me and act in good faith then I have no option but file a dispute. They keep declining my banks efforts to resolve this. They won't accept responsibility. It's now November. I am in *********.*************.
