    I sold my car to ******** USA on July 26, 2024, under the agreement that they would pay off the remaining loan with ***************. Unfortunately, they failed to do so on time, causing my credit score to drop significantly from 720 to 637. Despite multiple follow-ups, their broker continuously delayed sending me the proof of payment, which I later discovered was only sent in October 2024. This late payment led to a negative report on my credit history. I attempted to dispute the report with ***************, but they refused to amend it. Now, Im unable to secure a loan for a new furnace due to the harm caused by CarSpecs USA's negligence.

    I paid for a demand letter and did not receive any confirmation nor any email and i am not able to log in to my account., I emailed support 3 times with no answer,

    I have returned an merchandise I have purchased from ******(the merchant) and have returned the item as per the merchant's instruction and the return policy of 30 days of free returns. The item was dropped off at an *** store on Sep 16th and tracking shows it was delivered to merchant on Sep 18th 2024. I have not heard from the merchant since. on Sep 25th, I reached out to merchant regarding the refund, as per their policy, refund should be released in 5-7 business days. A customer service person has confirmed to me that the item has been received and my refund would be released soon. However, I have yet to received the refund pass the 7 business day window. I reached out to the merchant again. This time around, merchant has asked me to file a claim with them regarding the return that clearly shows as delivered. They have repeatedly asked for a drop-off receipt from the ***, disregarding the fact that the tracking shows delivered, and there's proof from ***. Moreover, the drop off is now three weeks ago and the long time span has made it more difficult to retrieve the drop off postage receipt. They would not tell me what the claim is for, where the package is, if they can confirm the package receipt, or the status of my refund. The merchant has made it exceptionally challenging for me to receive my refund and seems like they want to use the absence of drop-off receipt as an excuse to hold my refund, ignoring the fact carrier has confirmed delivery.
