      A payment to Medi Transport Inc (***************************************************, Tel. # ************) was made on January 2, 2025 from my **** account for *************************** services from ***************************** to **********************************************************************************. **** ******* took my payment. He originally quoted me a price of $250.00 to transport the patient to his home. When it was determined that there were 8 steps at the home, *** ******* told me there would be an extra $50.00 charge because two men were needed to get the patient up the stairs. There was no second ****** present with *** ******* on the date of the service. *** ******* himself transported the patient to ************* and successfully got the patient up the stairs in the home with an electrical lift. I shall repeat *** ********* original quote: I was told that there would be an extra $50.00 charge for TWO people to help transport the patient. When I spoke with *** ******* today (March 7, 2025) he said "the $300.00 charge was for either a second ****** OR the electrical lift". THIS IS NOT WHAT HE TOLD ME ON THE DATE HE QUOTED THE PRICE OF THE SERVICE. When he asked me if I was seeking a refund of $50.00 (and he asked me this TWICE) , I said "Yes, please". He then proceeded to again "gaslight" me by asking me why I didn't complain earlier? Did he not do a good job, he asked me? He did an excellent job. And I texted him on January 9 with NO RESPONSE. He charged me for a second ****** who was apparently not needed and who certainly was not present on the date of the service. He DID NOT quote a $300.00 price for "either a second ****** or the electrical lift". He quoted me an original price of $250.00 and then an extra $50.00 for a second ****** who was never used. I am owed an apology for his repugnant "gaslighting" (I will never receive this) and I am owed a $50.00 refund for a service I paid for but never received (a second ****** to assist in transporting the patient).
