    I found on ****** this website ************************************* After I paid online, and I realized I do not need the *********** anymore, so I contacted with them to apply for refund on Jan 15th 2024. There was no reply for refund, and I wrote a review on trustpilot, here is the link ********************************************************** Then they contacted with me and said refund is on the way, and wanted me to remote the bad review. I agreed, but keep the review and promise to keep it updated. Now it&#**;s 29th April, and I still haven&#**;t received the refund. Worse, I asked ***************************** many times and there is no reply any more.What was the date of incident? (mm/dd/yyyy):01/15/2024
