    I dropped off an ****** return on 1/15. Business was supposed to provide a box and mail the return. I have a receipt. Tracking shows the package has never left the business, so my refund of $130 is delayed, and will not be issued until ****** receives the package. As of 1/22 the business still has not shipped by return according to the tracking number. I don't live in the same town, and took the package here because I was in town on business. I have called numerous times. They don't answer the phone and my messages are not returned. I emailed the business, as they suggest doing on their website, and they have not responded.

    Hello,

    This customer did a drop off at our location of an Amazon package. As a retail location for *** all we do is place the packages for *** to pick up and deliver, our packages are picked up daily so there are no packages sitting in our store. This package was picked up by *** so any delay on the delivery of this package is on them and not the store. This customer went online and filed a complaint on **** about this situation and than two days later said that his package was being taken care of by ******, so not sure what the customer would like from the ********************** at this point as we are a drop off location for ***.

    We feel we have done nothing wrong in this situation and don't know what the customer needs from our end. If the customer still needs a resolution they can reach out to the store or email me directly at ************************************ and I will try to help in any way that I can.

    I am rejecting this response because: the issue was not on them with respect to ****  The issue was that the package sat in this store for over a week before it was handed off to ***.  Moreover, the business does not answer the business phone, nor respond to voicemail or email messages.  I tried calling ******************************************************************* the store.  I got no return call or email.

    I am rejecting this response because: the owner did reach out to me, that is true. But, not until I filed this complaint and poor online reviews.  The owner did explain the situation was beyond their control in terms of the tracking information shown online. However, the owner still has not addressed or apologized for the fact that they were completely unresponsive to my efforts to contact them before I ever submitted this complaint. I tried several times, and they do not return phone calls.  That is poor customer service and it was never addressed.
