    I placed an order with ZebraBlinds.com online on 2/27/23. I had emailed several times with customer service with them requesting information on my order as I was repeatedly told would be shipped 3-6 weeks after ordered. I did not receive this product until 90+days after my order was placed. When I was emailing with customer service rep *************** I was told I would be receiving 20% refund from my order due to delay. Once I received product hey did not put the right valance on the shade. I attempted to log into my account on www.zebrablinds.com and the site is no longer active. I attempted to call customer service at ************** and the number is no longer in service. I am wanting a full refund on my order due to large delay and not the accurate product I ordered. I have attached copy of the email with the representative that details my order date and his offer for the 20% refund. I am not able to pull my order total amount as I can not log into my account with them any longer AND the credit card I used to order has been closed due to I had my identity stolen so I am unable to track the transaction now either.

    I ordered and paid for custom zebra blinds on April 11, 2023. My Order #********* total was $268.27. I had contacted the company on May 1st to see when my order would be shipped. I was told that turnaround time was three to seven weeks to manufacture and then another week for shipping. My order was estimated to be completed and shipped by May 29th. I was told that I would receive an email with shipping information. The customer service name was ***************. I tried contacting the company today as a follow up because I have not received any shipping information. The telephone number is now out of service and the website is not working. I'm concerned at this point that I have been scammed and I am out of my $268 payment.
