    On January 3, 2024, I ordered a black size large, left side fistula access, hoodie. (Order # JFMZ3) After a month, Carrington Fields, emailed me to review the product. I told her I could not because I hadnt received it. I finally received it in March but it was blue, it was not new and it is a size 4X. Wrong size, wrong color. ********************************* has not responded to any of the eight emails Ive sent. After chatting on FB Messenger with a rep from KidneyBuzz, I was assured someone would email me. Its been a week and 6 FB messages. No one has contacted me. I want to return the humongous hoodie that I did not order for a refund or in exchange for what I actually ordered. The purchase order is attached.

    My original subscription was for $10.00 usd for information about an implantable artificial kidney.There were then additional charges posted to my credit card that I did not authorize.After talking to Camron at **********, these charges were reversed/The same issue occurred on Feb 22nd, Mar. 4th & Mar. 7th, with 3 charges of $49.00usd charged.On March 11th Camron texted me that he would close my account and reverse the charges (text info attached) This never happened, and 2 more charges have been posted for $89.99usd on Apl 11th and July 23rd. The last charge was posted by United Network *******, but listed ********** phone number. That number is ************- *******.

    Last year I had requested this company to cancel my subscription with them due to financial reasons. After several attempts they did finally cancel the account and did refund some funds. Last month I again saw that funds were taken out from my account. I contacted them without any response back. This month I was charged again with a smaller amount. I want them to stop taking any funds out of my account.

    I had a recurring $10 monthly donation to ***************** set up for about a year. Beginning in January of this year small multiple withdrawals began to be taken randomly from my account. At first I didnt notice the extra withdrawals but when I did, I contacted ***********. After multiple emails back and forth I was told that I could expect reimbursement within 3 days. That last email was on July 29, 2022. When I reached out to them again after seeing no reimbursement to my bank account, they told me they were sorry they dropped the ball and another person would be taking over my complaint. I have reached out to them many times since but had no response whatsoever. The amount taken in total was $2370.84 before I finally got them to end my recurring plan. I also closed out my credit card and got a new number. Can you help me collect these fraudulent donations?

    I was overcharged on my credit card for charges I did not make, this is a kidney disease website for info on the disease. Every time I forgot my password and clicked reset, a new account was open, and I was being charged for multi accounts and for alerts I did not sign up for. These continued for 2 years and was charged a total of $3,867.55. I notified my credit card company and have a dispute in place. The website *********** even admitted they made an error and was going to credit my credit card. I've been waiting three months and they still have not returned my funds. I am very upset they did not honor and refund incorrect charges
