On Nov. 11, 2023 I went to the Victra store in *****, ** as the previous phone I had purchased there was getting very poor to zero service by the ******* carrier, for which Victra is an agent. They told me that I needed a new phone and that the ******* service would be fixed and fully operational by the end of the month (end of November, 2023). It is well know by many local residents that ******* has not been fully operational in the ************* area (****, **) where I live and work for the past couple of years. Only because they guaranteed that I would soon have service did I purchase a new phone from then. However, ******* has not restored coverage to this area by now, two months later. I have phoned ******* four times to complain and have an open case with them, ticket # NRB000011457191. Despite their promise to get back to me, they have abandoned me with almost no service unless I use my computer wi-fi to make a phone call. Furthermore, this Victra store billed me for chargers I did not need, as I already had these items from my last phone. However, they said the phone would not work without them, which was a lie. Also, they billed me$64.99 for Simple Universal Liquid Glass, which they said they would apply for free. Also, they charged $39.99 for set up and go service, which they did not tell me they would charge for. They also charged me $39.99 for a 3 foot cable, which I also did not need. They took advantage of me as a Senior Citizen (I am 79 years of age), telling me I need all this equipment which I only discovered later was unnecessary. Furthermore, the phone still does not work! I want a full refund as well as an apology. They should be ashamed of themselves for treating elderly people this way. I am the Pastor of a church in this county and intend to tell my congregation about their shameful and sinful practices. When the time comes to go before the Lord, they will have to answer for their lies.
