    Our microwave broke, we bought from Black's Appliances 2 years previous & had no issues so we went back & bought our new microwave on September 13th. On September 15th, the installers arrived & installed our new microwave. The sawdust mess they left all over my kitchen floor, counters & inside the vent of the new microwave was just the beginning! They had drilled GIANT holes in the shelf above & had to use extra large washers to hold the bolts in. I called & provided photos to "Mo" at Black's & was told the installers had to drill new holes to align the microwave & the washers to secure it. We paid just under $200 for installers to destroy a part of our kitchen, I asked Mo if he would be happy with the results, he said no but there was nothing he could or would do.

    *************** reached out to us after the install complaining about the wood shaving after the installers, I offered to send the installer back to clean and she refused, on the next conversation she mentioned the anchoring screws inside the cabinet which every model has its own layout, it seems that *************** expected the installers to use the previous layout from her old unit which does not align with the new model. a small washers used to secure the anchoring screws as its recommended by the manufacture.

    I am rejecting this response because: I explained to Mo I had already started cleaning up their mess, I was upset about the giant holes the unexperienced installers made and the XL Washers they had to use to hold the bolts in place, after sending Mo the photo's, excuses were made. I asked ** if he would be happy with the job, if he would be happy with the damage and he quietly said "No" but made no offer to make it right, just said they did what they had to, to get the microwave installed... Never again will I shop from Black's nor will I ever refer anyone and will show everyone the damage done by the installers to prevent this from happening to anyone else.

    Bought a bed set at Blacks Appliance in ***** **. When we received it the drawers don't shut all the way and are crooked with a noticeable gap. We told them and they wouldn't let us return it without a 20% re stock fee which we can't afford and they attempted to fix the drawers but couldn't fix the problem either and they just expect us to except this. They are very unprofessional and don't care it is broken we just want the bed to be what they showcased on their showroom floor now we are stuck paying interest on a bed we can't use properly and is damaged. This is not right, we are not rich we are both on ssd and can't afford to take a loss. Please help we just want to return it and get a full refund from them. We have only had the bed three weeks and we told them about the issue on day one. We can't us the drawers and are just very dissatisfied and just want Thai to be over and get a full refund for the $500 we paid for the bed and the $149 delivery fee they charged us not to mention they ruined our brand new floor during delivery in our rental so we will be out our rental $800 rental deposit.

    customer notified us of the issue with the bed frame after the return day, we sent our team to fix it the first attempt customer refused to let them go in the house and rescheduled for the following week, the second visit we did repair the bed frame and customer did not want *************** to stay in the house and rush them out, we viewed the pictures and everything looks in good shape. 2 weeks later she contacted us wants a refund and claiming we damaged the floor. after talking with customer and trying to settle this issue she agreed to accept a partial refund of $149 and close this matter. a payment t of $149 was refunded to customer
