The thermostat was replaced due to customer request. Once the thermostat was replaced, found the water pump was leaking. Customer did not want to have ** order the part and replace. Customer ordered their own part online and we installed it, to find part of the water pump was faulty. We do not warranty customer supplied parts and the customer was notified before work was started. We replaced the faulty part of the pump and vehicle had no leak and would not overheat. Customer called because of the check engine light came on and was told to bring it in but if it was any of the parts she bought we would not warranty the part and will have to charge for labor.

Took my **** Camaro into shop for tire rubbing. Asked the owner if he happened to have a motor with more horespower. He said he had a 500hp built motor that runs off of race fuel. I gave him $5500 and sold my current engine to him for $500 (which ran perfectly fine. (Just bought the car 2 months ago for $75,000 from a dealer) I paid slacks another $2500 to do the motor swap. It took him one month and he gave me the car barely running. I took it to another mechanic and he told me the motor barely has 300 horsepower and can run on regular gas. it The race motor the sold me ONLY HAS 90 PSI OF COMPRESSION. My old engine was more than that. He lied to me about the power of the motor. I would like the money back from the engine and labor.

I never sold the engine to this customer. Customer bought it from an employee, it was a personal engine of an employee. Transaction was between the customer and an employee not the business. We just installed the engine.

It's been 2 years and I gave up on the car and got rid of it and no longer have the credit card I used for the purchase. I can go to ********** and get the statements if it would help. After slacks messed up my car I took it to another shop were they have videos on ******* of all the work that was done after Slacks messed everything up.
