    ***** I have to be the one to leave a bad first review for these people.So I filed a claim on 2/15/23 with ******* home protect for my TV. They set me up with this company to come out and fix it on 2/21/23 from 8am-12pm.They told me and in email someone from Universal electronics asc will be in contact with you within 2 days to confirm the appointment. It is now 2/20/23. I leave a voicemail after no answer stating hey , I had an appointment , you guys didnt contact me and ******* said you guys would. was never vulgar, not rude in any way. I just wanted confirmation so I knew whether to take the 4 hour window period off or not. I took off work just so I didnt miss fixing my tv. Come nearing 12pm nobody. So I call them. They answer answer and he tells me the lady there rejected the order because I left a voicemail , because I wanted to confirm my appointment like make that make sense? Youre a grown adult acting like a child running a business. If you want professionalism, if you want someone who puts their pride aside from their work, find a new business to fix your stuff. Even if you have to travel to ********** , its worth the drive. Never had a company reject an order because someone was too hurt about a voicemail that wasnt vulgar in any way. And I have the recording of our phone call attached below. Enjoy.They can say what they want but the recording shows all, grow up Universal Electronics!!

    I did speak to ****************** on 12-22-2023.  I also informed him we did receive a voice mail from him.  I also stated after ****************** spoke his peace, we did not accept this dispatch on the fact his appointment had passed.  
    We are a third party vendor for ******* home warranty.  The dispatch is not confirmed until it is accepted by our company. Our company had never accepted this call and I did tell him it was because the time had passed for his scheduled appointment time with *******.  
    ********************** problem is with ******* since the call was never accepted and assigned to a technician.
    ******* made the mistake of creating a service call over a 3 day holiday weekend, promising the customer a ********************** date that had never been accepted by our company. His issue is with *******.
