    Gordo's Pool Plastering installed an inground pool at my home in May 2022. Recently we've had major work done on our house that involved my air conditioner and pool. The main breaker kept tripping and the air conditioner would not stay on. We had to consult with 2 separate HV** and Electrical companies and we became aware that this company used the same line as the air conditioner for the pool pump when the air conditioner line should only be dedicated to the air conditioner. The pool should have had its own dedicated line. As a result, it damaged parts of my air conditioner that also needed to be replaced. Because this company did not designate a separate electrical line, we had to spend over $10,000 for the damage done to my ** and to replace the line in order to accommodate both the ** and pool together. This also changed the aesthetic to my house with the conduit going around the perimeter of my house. Bottom line is this company should have never used the same electrical line as the air conditioner. This caused us alot of stress and time as to why the ** kept tripping in this triple digit, very hot weather, not to mention the money spent. My husband and I are both very disappointed in what we found out about what this company did when they installed the pool. We are not happy with this. We were very surprised the county inspector did not catch this as well because this is not in accordance with the California Electrical code. We will be seeking retribution. We have emailed the contractor directly about this and he has not responded.
