    My mom has been staying at this place. Her call light isnt working. She is immobile and cant get out of bed if she needs something. I was there yesterday for about 6 hours and no one came in to check on her or change her. She hasnt had a shower since shes been there because the ***** lift is broken. *** reached out to the director of nursing numerous times and each time I call I get a different excuse as to why I cant talk to her with no return call.

    Good afternoon,

    High quality service is our focus at Yucaipa Hills Post Acute.  I am grateful to be made aware of any concerns at the building and have the opportunity to address them.  According to the complaint, we have checked and repaired the call light.  This was done promptly after being notified during the admission of the resident.  Our maintenance team will continue to check to make sure that the call light continues to work without any issues.  We also made sure that the resident has been receiving their regular showers.  Our ***** lift was broken, but we did reach out to another local company who allowed us to rent a ***** lift while we waited for the newly ordered lift to be delivered.  The Director of Nursing has been in contact with the *** and a care plan was held.
