    This company fitness 19 Yucaipa canceled my membership with out my permission or authorization. They never asked for my signature to cancel the membership. The manager at this facility, has made this gym. Absolutely disgusting, from dirty bathrooms, unsanitary gym equipment, wrongful use of physical therapy(with out a license), abuse towards gym members, as well as being unprofessional within the workplace. They do not follow proper procedures or protocols. The manager allows harassment within the gym facility as well. I feel extremely unsafe, uncomfortable and disrespected by the gym manager and the company. I was actually sexually harassed awhile ago too. There was another member who was robbed. This place is extremely unsafe & unstable for the public. Its not ok for a business to be allowing this activity.The manager of this facility also did not put the correct notes. I wanted for the company to see. The manager put everything in his favor then canceled my membership with out my signature or authorization. The manager only kept pressuring me to leave.

    I am currently travelling and living in an RV and was excited to see at fitness 19 minutes from **** went in on the day I was to sign up to find no locker room amenities. There is 1 bathroom with 1 shower for an entire gym. Aside from being absolutely disgusting this is done to keep people like me from using that locker room, which becomes none of their business when they take A patrons money.The same day of sign up I pulled the payment. They didn't fulfill their end of the bargain and provide me a sanitary place to clean up after working out. Its ************* bank agreed and yanked that charge the same day. 12/29 I wake up to a mysterious charge. Turns out that fitness 19 changed their ACH name and added an ***. A charge i not approve. Making this now fraud. The grossest part of this is the motive. Taking the money anyway is wrong and predatory and fitness 19 in yucaipa knows ******* complaint is this. Fitness 19 advertises itself as a full service gym when it is a partial gym. The fact there is no locker room is unsanitary. The gym is dirty. The advertising is misleading and fraudulent. Thank you for taking a serious look at this complaint so everyday folks just trying to work out and get a shower on the way to work. It is absolutely disgusting there is no locker room.I would like an answer as to why they do not provide a locker room to its paying guests.I would like to report a fraudulent charge where fitness 19 changed their ACH so they could take money I did not approve ABCfitness19 to withdraw.Thank you kindly.

    I was advertised a free summer gym membership by an employee in the gym. I needed to sign up because they would not allow me to attend as a guest with my friend who was a member anymore. Then when I went to the website and found the summer membership, the page somehow redirected me to a 12 month commitment membership, which I was not aware of until I tried to cancel it in person yesterday, 8/28/24. The employees then said I signed a 12 month commitment and that I will need to pay a $50 buy out fee, along with their standard $50 annual charge. I just had to close my only bank account due to fraud, and I do not have the money for unforeseen expenses like this. I did not intentionally sign up for that kind of membership and I feel I have been swindled.
