    YJAAF posted for sign ups for tackle football ages 6-14 indicating they will have a midget team. Based off that information, I signed my son up for the team and paid all registration fees in full. Approx 3 weeks later, they informed me they are not having a midget team which is what my son qualifies for. So naturally I expected a refund since my son will not be able to play. They are stating based off the contract I signed, I will not get a refund. The contract they are referring to is the "code of conduct" contract which states in the first paragraph addressing participants. I am not a participant since they do not have a team for my son to play on. They falsely advertised and now stealing my money.

    I am writing this letter on behalf of yucaipa Jaaf and cheer program. We are a non profit organization that has been serving the community of yucaipa for 60 yrs . 
    We received notification that there was a complaint against us regarding us not refunding fees to a parent when the parent decided to pull the child from the program we do have a no refund policy stated in our contract that ******** Wilkins did sign . 
    Our program is based off of weight and age ******** claims she was not aware are program is by age and weight . But yet she claims her son was to heavy for the division we placed him  in and wanted to move him up to a division we don't offer . The jaaf program is for ages 6-14 and by weight.  At the time of gear hand out when we first saw her son and  ******** was told her son was  to heavy for the pee wee division she said she wanted him placed on midgets we do not offer midgets have not offered that age group in many yrs . She is solely basing her information off ages 6-14 , 14 yrs Olds weight accordingly can be on a pee wee team . Which is were her son would play if he was in the correct weight his age places him on pee wee but his weight did not. Midgets is unlimited weight which is why she is stating she wanted him on midgets .I do have the contract ******** signed stating we do not give refunds 8n bold red letters  because we are  a non profit and everything was already ordered for her son.      I am rejecting this response because:
    They are completely false in their statement. I will be taking this matter to court.
