    Apart from providing tax services to the community, they also "help" with immigration paperwork, we are aware that they are not lawyers but are consultants that process paperwork for others. They were recommended to my husband an I through a family memeber back in March of this year. We consulted with the business owner about my husbands legal matter and provided paperwork to the individual. At the time of our meting it was clearly stated that individual in question would begin submitting paperwork prior to payment. We continously reached out to her to meet to provide payment and we were continously ignored or given excuses why we could not make an appointment. it has been four months with the ongoing issue to retrieve our copies and legal documents from them. They refuse to meet, ignore calls, emails and give excuses why they cannot give us our documents. We wish to obtain our documents to take our business elsewhere but its impossible to do so when they will not reply. The only method of communication is through the individuals personal phone by via text, then is that umprofessional of them to only communicate through via text messages becasue their office phone number is not working. Till this day they continue to give us excuses that they are out of town or cannot meet. We are afraid they may throw away our documents or commit fraud. We cannot continue to drive to their office and find that they are out of office. They are unprofessional and we want our legal documents back. We are entitled to be treated with repect as we have treated them respecting their time. They have not shown the same for us! We only have text meesages as proof of their unprofessionalism towards us.
