Dont go there for tires. They have horrible customer service and dont back there tire products. I try to give my business to small local businesses but when they treat you worse than the big box stores its not worth it. They dont deserve to be in the tire business

I had an amazing experience at Johns Garage! **** was fast, professional, and incredibly courteous throughout the entire process. My car was fixed quickly and now runs beautifully, like new again. I trust **** completely and would never take my car anywhere else. The High Desert is truly lucky to have a mechanic of his caliber! Thank you so much, ****!

I had a dreadful experience at ****** Garage while getting my Jeep repaired. Initially diagnosed with a faulty fan blower, I was charged a significant amount for parts and labor. Two days later, the same is*** persisted. Poor communication followed, with excuses and half truths about delays in obtaining a needed part.Throughout the process (multiple weeks), communication from ****'s Garage was consistently poor, leading to unnecessary delays. I was even charged for a replacement part that wasn't needed. When expressing my dissatisfaction, owner **** berated me over the phone and refused further repairs. **** claimed this was because I was "disrespectful to front desk attendant". I told **** that I had all the conversations recorded and I would be happy to let him hear for himself, he then told me that he would *** me for slander and that i did not have the right to record ********** were left hanging from the bottom of my Jeep for weeks without my knowledge, reflecting negligence. ****'s Garage is unprofessional and rude. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this establishment at all costs.

The one star is for the owner John’s attitude. I called them about 530 to ask if I got a brand new air conditioning compressor, he went off. Talking down to me very abusive Lee and yelling at me making up stories that I had called multiple times to ask questions. I had no idea what he was talking about. I asked him if he was crazy and he told me I was then hung up on me. I paid $1000 for a new air conditioning, compressor. He did recommend a diagnostic but I declined it because we already had one done in another city. They said it was the compressor but I wanted to give John’s the business. I have dealt with them many times, mainly tires. but never him just the women in the front Who have always been nice. His customer service skills are awful and I question his mechanic ability now .I will have to bring the car back again because it’s still blowing hot air. Not really their fault I don’t think because he did recommend diagnostic, however with his yelling at me on the phone makes me feel very uncomfortable about Doing business with them again

Our mobile mechanic had a heart attack, so we decided to try John's Garage. They had good reviews & are certified in AC repair. Toyota Tacoma had a leak & wasn't holding freon. John's said they checked the compressor & it was OK & that it had no freon in it & filled it. Cost $175.00. The Freon leaked out immediately & within a few trips was blowing hot air. 2nd Appointment weeks away. Next John's said in needed a condenser & 2 new connections tubes & that their parts supplier did not have them. That they would try to find them & call. No call. A Google search revealed the parts available through dozens of sources. We bought them at Trac Auto. Next call to John's they want us to drive over, in the summer heat, no AC & show the mechanic the parts to see if he wants to put them in. Is this necessary, we are senior citizens, it's really hot, can't we just make another appointment to have them installed? Nope. Next appointment, again weeks away. In the middle of the repair the receptionist calls & with delight & laughter in her voice she says, it may need another part. They put in new parts & freon, without the new part they said it also needed. Now over $700.00 into the repair of the AC & once again the Freon leaks out & it's not working. THIS IS SENIOR FINANCIAL ABUSE! There is a dye that will show exactly where the leak is. They were told on the first visit that there was a leak & it wasn't holding freon.
