    In May 2023, I hired RP Installations (**** ******) to remodel my kitchen and it is now May 2025 and my kitchen has not been completed to this date. He provided a contract write up to conduct the work and has not fullfilled the agreement. I *** ***** have paid RP Installations / **** ****** $32,000 in cash and he basically took my money claiming he needed it for materials/supplies and labor cost. Since May 2023, I had to pay several contractors to halfway complete my project, so my house is somewhat in a livable condition. Some of the agreed work has been completed by RP Installations or his associated, however RP Installations did not deliver or complete my remodel as agreed upon. To resolve this issue, I request RP Installations to refund me $15,000. This company/individual has done this to many families, and it has been very hard to live in my home knowing he stole $15,000 from me and my family. This experience has impacted me and my family mentally, financially and emotionally. All I want is my money back, so I can move on with my life.
