    I called Tim at Quality 2 kick start the swamp cooler that existed on the house I bought. I mentioned that I would, in the future, want a new 1 installed on the back wall of the house, but couldn't afford it at this time. Tim enthusiastically said that he would sell me an "as -new, never used' unit from a house they were removing a unit from for $800. He convinced me to bypass servicing my existing one and hire Quality to install this $800 unit. I agreed. 2 workers installed the unit a few days later. They charged me $2,077 total. 2 workers installed it, here less than two hours at $55 hour. $800 for the unit plus $220 for install comes to $1,020 before tax. They charged me $2,077. They borrowed some of my tools and took them with when they left. They did not finish the installation. I called ******* twice to come out and finish the work. He said he would send his workers out and never did. The last time I called him, ******* got angry at me for calling him while he was on vacation and snapped at me. I've had several contractors over to my house working on other things and all of them have said that Quality did a horrible job, it looks terrible, were appalled when I told them how much I paid and the workers stole my tools. Problems: the unit was not installed on the dedicated circuit causing breaker to flip. I had to move my refrigerator out of my kitchen to keep the breaker from flipping. I can not run the unit on high or the breaker flips. The workers stole my tools. I was SEVERELY overcharged. The duct sticks out into my house about ten inches with no vent cover. The copper water line is kinked up & laying loosely on top of the ground. The motor stops for no reason. The unit leaks even though one of my stolen tools was a level. A contractor I hired confronted ******* about this. ******* was belligerent towards him. At this time, the unit is not operating correctly, my tools are gone and ******* refuses to make it right.
