    I arrived I 5pm as a walk on for a Pedicure.
    Only 2 technicians working & they were with customers. They said 15 minutes to wait, I agreed to wait.
    Owner of business is the only one that will take payment. Therefore he sits at counter desk & watches everyone.
    Another customer came in needing eyebrows waxed, just a walk in as well. Owner had her serviced next & I had to wait another 15 minutes. Mind you, the one that has has been servicing her working on her eyebrows however apparently that staff member is no longer here, so he had her seen first.
    I asked the owner why was I not next since I arrived first & alreadywaiting minutes..he said because pedicures take longer & eyebrows are done quicker.
    I then asked him, "isn't it based on first come first served?"
    He's reply: "you can always make an appointment & come back" "leave right now!"
    Employee had just finished so she told me it's okay, that she'll take me.
    It was also shared with me by an employee that she hasn't been paid for 2.5 weeks & he controls her money. She's having her Father coming down today to get her paid.
    I personally noticed that he is not properly handling business & treating his employees unfair.
    Horrible customer service from OWNER.
    EMPLOYEES are very sweet however must be abused by owner according to employee venting.
    Something needs to be done.
