    This ******'s lack of supervision of his employees cost me thousands in repairs and lost rent to my unit. I asked the 'manager' of the property management company in Sept 2023 to check for possible leaks and it wasn't until Feb 2024 a plumber was called because of a leak. It took weeks to get a written estimate from a plumber, and they wouldn't cooperate with my choice of plumber. The plumber they recommended left the unit uninhabitable by pulling the tub and removing it and not replacing it. I was unaware and the tenants remained in it and showered and caused mold damage and water damage. They allowed a tenant to stay in an uninhabitable unit (illegal)and did not represent my interest at all. Then they sent us a letter to release us from their management contract and left us holding the bag and looking for another property manager to oversee the eviction of tenant and repairing/remodeling the unit. Very unprofessional and unknowledgable staff.
