This has been ongoing for two years, but the gaslighting and ghosting has been in the last year. The company, Brewer Construction, and its proprietor Ben ****************** did not install my floors correctly. We had an independent third-party come in and he was present. He was late, but he was present. They determined that his company failed to put the underlayment Under my floors, causing them to pop up. For a year prior, he tried to blame the floor company. He has said multiple times he accepts responsibility and will fix it and now he saying, I'm out of money.

      - We believe that Brewer is operating fraudulently under somebody else’s license number. Brewer refuses to provide us the number. Through our contacts with the town of Yucca, we have determined that Brewer is operating under Lic #*******, issued to a ***** ***** ******* (whom we have never heard of.)

      - Brewer has taken $46,650 for material purchases by check from 3/1/21 to 6/3/22. Brewer refuses to provide proof of these purchases, deliver the materials, or reimburse us for any of them. We have proof that, despite Brewer’s claims to the contrary, many (if not all) of these purchases were never made.

      - As of 5/27/22, the date of Brewer’s last invoice, Brewer has approximately $17,338.33 worth of outstanding labor / fixes to perform on the project. Despite this, Brewer has effectively walked off of the job as of 6/4/22 (145 days ago as of today).

      - Brewer refuses to address a total of $18,193.41 worth of damaged and/or disputed materials.

      - Brewer’s invoicing and billing methods are purposefully vague and disorganized. This has resulted in $33,146.15 worth of discrepancies in Brewer’s favor which we dispute.
