    Quality Tile has not performed well. Its delay in completing my kitchen floor has been excessive and has caused me considerable inconvenience. The initial (delayed) installation was on August 15, 2022. The installer stopped his work and showed me flooring damage he created by moving the refrigerator over the flooring. He said he would have to tell his boss to replace the sheet vinyl. Then he would just put a new layer over the damaged one. Fine. But here it is, the end of October, and I am still waiting. I have called and left messages; seldom do I receive a return call. I have driven to the shop and was told there was a delivery delay of my flooring. Finally, I accepted appointments for this work (one on October 21 and another on October 28), but no one showed up and no one called to explain. What to do? The company has my deposit (since May 2022). I want the floor completed by the end of November! Even if the company has to hire a competitor's installer to do so, so be it.
