    **** ******** had notarized a sale of my mother's property when it was very apparent my mother has severe dementia. My mother does not know the properties addresses or how many of them. And these properties were in a living trust and now gone. **** listened to a third party that stole the properties, Complete disregard as to my mother's lack of mental capacity.

    This company is shady at best. The agent ********************************************** was not only unavailable (did not return phone calls, messages full) but she misrepresented the progress of a sale, saying purchaser set up escrow and EMD was being processed. She kept telling me nothing more was needed and everything was going smoothly. Turns out purchaser never provided necessary documentation, including the **** Apparently they work together on a regular basis and so there was no objectivity or transparancy in communication. When I asked her why she lied about the ******* money being submitted, she replied, "I didn't lie, I told you it was in process". "in process for 2 1/2 weeks? The deal fell through, and because of her stringing it along and pretending everything was legitimate, including vouching for the purchaser, I lost a back up offer. I called HR and their messages were full LOL! No doubt! I am currently pursuing litigation. Do NOT work with this company.
