    My husband was in a car accident and it's still under investigation. My husband was not at fault. My car was totaled, and they took my vehicle to the tow yard. When I was able to get a ride I went to get my things out and they hovered over me, would not let me take all of my things or belongings, made me feel like a criminal, would not even let me say goodbye to my vehicle. He literally hovered over me. I did nothing wrong. It's not even my accident, it was my vehicle. I owned the title I have the title and everything they had no right to treat me like that.

    Yes, the customer came in to get their personal property out of the vehicle. We have to have one of our employes go with the customer into our storage yard we have vehicle that are being held for evidence for the CHP and Sheriff and we have to make sure the other vehicles do not get touched. We have the customer sign a property release for their property they are removing from the vehicle. The customer wanted to remove a part that was attached to the vehicle which required them to take the vehicle apart. Our employee advised the customer that she had to adviser her insurance company about them removing the part and they have to put the vehicle back together and she got irritate and started cussing at our employee and was asked to leave our premises. She retrieved all her other property out of her vehicle, and she did a B/S review on yelp and google. All she had to do was call her insurance company and advise them she was removing the part and they would call us to ok her removing the part instead of getting irate and cussing at our employee.

    It's not ok to use intimidation to bully people dealing with a traumatic experience. No need to add to it. Unacceptable.

    Well, I don't know who this person is, and we tow a lot of vehicles for the CHP and Sheriff's Department. We don't have any record with his name on it. The zip code on his Email address is from Texas. I own the company at least the last time I checked. Looking at what he wrote and his grammar I don't think this was for Hills towing. Thank you Troy R******* the real owner.
