    Purchased 2 salamanders in 9/4/24, for $149.97, they charged us to ship overnight, then sent an email saying we needed to purchase refundable pet insurance for $500! This place is a total scam and should be shut down!

    I ordered rain frogs from these people and they said they had sent them along and then I got an email charging me $500 for pet insurance in order to receive them. These people are liars and thieves.

    I was scammed out of 230 dollars from Upriva reptile. They insisted that I pay through ****** for 3 frogsni ordered they emailed and texted me. Then they failed to send me a tracking number. I called their website phone number and the number they used to text me and it was the same person with an Asian accent who said they will send tonight due to an unforseen problem. Fine then they send me a tracking number and asked that I respond to their email which asked that I send ******.for a refundable insurance and then I called, texted and emailed them.and they refused to reply or answer the phone.

    I bought an animal from upriva reptiles. I paid for it through zelle. After payment, a couple hours later I get an email saying they will not ship without a $500 pet insurance deposit. This is listed absolutely nowhere on the website. I asked for a refund from the company, they said they don't refund reptiles (which is what they sell)

    On June 19th we bought a reptile via Zelle from them, have communicated all morning via text. Pay for the reptile and Shipping and handling $129.98. Initially zelle was not working and they asked me to send the money via apple pay. The name used via zelle, that they requested to sedn the money is ********************* *************. Two hours after paid, I inquired about the delivery and suddenly started to receive a text from an unknown number ************* stating that I should check my email. When checking my email, there is a message from AZE express courier services, stating that I need to pay $400 dollars for pet insurance or they will kill the animal. The information on the delivery said "Shipper Information : ***************** ************"I attempted to contact this number and never answered; I texted the seller on Jun 19 and June 20th and inquired about not been disclose the payment to make to the shipping company and requested a refund. He answered back stating that he will not refund.Checking on internet seems this is the modus operandi for this so call company and they have defaulted the faith and trust for many people like me. I am not sure how it gets score but what they are doing is wrong. I hope you will make the necessary changes and will have this person refunding the money as well as making a disclosure about their shipping practices. They are scam!!

    I purchased a snake from this online seller 2 weeks ago, around 4/19. I was informed it was shipped today, 5/3. I then received a message from th3 supposed shipping company stating that I had to pay $500 for pet life insurance, and if I didn't, the snake would be killed. The seller is claiming I have to pay it as well. When I informed them I could not afford tat unexpected expense, and asked for a refund, they are refusing to comply.
