    If I could give 0 stars, I would. Luckily I have moved around many times in my life, and have had the blessing of experiencing what good business entails. Jade Communications is the opposite of good business. They do not care about their customers, and it is very clear. They are over-priced and taking advantage of a poor community in their services. In this world, it is becoming more and more important to me that business needs to have heart and integrity, or should not be in business at all. I pray that this company does a complete 180 in their approach, but I fear that they will realize the hard way when they begin losing customers. I highly recommend Earth link, or ANY OTHER internet provider over ****, 100 percent of the time.

For nearly 100 years, we've been serving the ****** and ************ communities, and the remote areas in the region with state-of-the-art fiber internet and telecom services. I suspect your complaint is in response to the late charges that were assessed to your account? As discussed, we are able to forgive late charges one time/year and your late charge was forgiven in May of 2024. A lot of our customers enjoy using the MyBlanca app or online customer portal to set their account on autopay so they never miss a payment or are late on a bill. Is that something you'd like to try out? Thanks for looping us in and for choosing ******.
