    1) In November 2021 I gave RMS Utilities a deposit of $1,400 to do Engineering for a septic tank system. I went to go check and there are no holes dug anywhere on the property To show where there were any samples of dirt taken. No one will meet me and show me where they are.2) I had asked for a driveway to be excavated and sent the exact measurements and went over it with ******** several times and she understood and said the employee would be taking out a measuring tape for driveway measurements. When I checked on the driveway it is about 1/2 of what I had drawn out on the Layout and they are trying to charge me $1800.00 for that. Earlier in the week I set up an appointment on Friday, September 30 to talk with the employee and he never showed up, I had called several times to the company to talk with someone to find out what is going on and it went to voicemail from 4:00 PM on when I tried to call. I want to cancel everything with them and I would like a refund of all of my money that I have deposited for work that has not been done, and has not been done properly in the case with the driveway .

    I am rejecting this response because:

    There was *************, machinery tracks, or any other proof they had come to my property site to do the soil testing.  I asked them to come show me where they dug the holes and there was no response from them.  When I made an appointment and was supposed to meet whoever did the testing, THEY DID NOT SHOW UP and WOULD NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES.  They knew I lived in another city 5 hours away and they still did not make an effort to talk with me and at least say they couldn't make the appointment.  I do not believe the holes were even dug at that time.  I asked for pictures, and I never received any, that's why I went and checked on it.  I want a FULL refund on the soil test as it was not done to begin with.  I'm not into paying a company for work they did not do.

    The driveway is NOT excavated according to the layout I had provided, it was supposed to be **** from the road and it is half that.  The driveway is not level and very poorly done.  The pad was just a flat area they pushed all the bushes into, not anything that is able to be used.  

    If I don't receive a refund for the work that was NOT done, I will pursue legal action against this company, they should not be allowed to continue to steal and do business when they cannot even prove what they are charging me for.  The driveway was done by someone who has not done them before as it is not level or even the right measurements.

    ******** made an appt. for ****** to come meet me on September 30 @ 5 pm AFTER he was done with job he was on.  I called and was assured he would be there to show me where the holes were dug.  I was there at 4 pm and called to confirm his meeting me and was told YES he will be there.  I waited another half hour and called again, this time it went to voicemail and I had left several messages asking if he was coming.  NO RESPONSE!
