    Placed the order on 1/8. The money was taken from my account on that day. There was a confirmation of the order, no shipping dates or info, and no response to my email. I see now he has a history of this. I would like a full refund.

    I went to this website and purchased 3 books for my mother because he saw him on a tv morning show. This was on 8-30-2024. After several emails sent to them-no books, no updates, no refund back to my credit card. There is not phone number to contact on the status of the order 52737-maybe the amount spent on these 3 books might not be an issue for a wealthy person but not for us. We think that we got scammed because as of today 11-21-2024 No Response from anyone, can anyone assist us in getting our money back.

    I ordered and paid for 2 books in September. They have not been shipped yet. I have tried contacting the company multiple times for the books or a refund. No response.

    I ordered 2 books back in July and havent t received them yet. There is no communication from the seller. He has a website and many ppl havent t gotten their books! Id like delivery OR a credit! Thank you for your help,

    On September 17th 2024 I paid for the purchase of two books from this vendor's website. They promptly emailed me my receipt. The site claims 3-5 days for processing. Despite multiple authors at contact, I have never received any update on my order, any replies to my attempts at contact, any items I purchased, or and refund. Viewing the vendor's Instagram shows that this vendor has been committing this same fraudulent sales activity for months with a great many people.

    On August 2, 2024, I purchased a book from creative owner ***** Adamja. On August 26, 2024, I got an email about the book saying some weird error occurred from May to July and that the issue would be fixed and would send an update when the books were shipped out. On his Instagram page, @creative_explained, he posted on October 1 that the issue was fixed and that everyone's orders would be shipped out. I have yet to receive a shipping notification, and I've seen many complaints on his Instagram, with people saying they haven't even received his first two books. I am coming to I believe that this is a scam. At this point, if the book doesn't get shipped, I just want a refund. Please assist.

    Made two orders. One on July 14th, 2024, and the other on July 18th, 2024. I sent a follow-up email asking the status in which I received no reply. On August 16, 2024, I sent an email requesting a refund for both orders and I have not received a reply.

    I ordered 3 books from this business and never received them. I gave it time and reached out repeatedly via email and direct message on social media but never received any response.
