On 11/20/23 i was referred to Century for Lifersafer interlock to be installed. The tech cut all of my ignition wires. I had the device installed less then 24hrs and it stopped working. Then i called him and he told me he couldnt fix it. I have now been locked out of my only car for the past 5 days Unable to drive it. Then i get scheduled for a appointment with a override code on 11/25 to start my car to drive up there to have him fix it and he wasnt there. I have been charged over 300 dollars and the issue still isnt resolved. Not to mention Lifesafer customer service has no clue as far as what is going on.

I dropped off my truck on Wednesday, 2/22/23, with ******** at Century Auto Care for him to fix my fuel pump. The agreement was that the job would be done the next day the truck was dropped off. ******** didn't reply to my messages/calls until Tuesday, 2/28/23 to let me know I could pick it up. When I picked up the truck, I realized that the truck wasn't completely fixed. The fuel gauge wasn't working. I can't tell when I'm running out of gas because it no longer marks the level. I've been calling and messaging ******** since 3/01/23 so that he can fix the fuel gauge as we agreed, but he hasn't answered.Yesterday, Sunday, March 26, 2023, my truck ran out of gas and I couldn't tell because the fuel gauge isn't properly working.Yesterday, I also read some of their ****** Reviews and there was one that also stated that they are going through the same problem as me. ******** doesn't answer or fix the problem.
